First Things to Know
  1. Classes are for all levels.
  2. Come at any time for any class.
  3. Be prepared to sweat, so drink plenty of water before class.
  4. Don't eat two hours before class.
  5. Come 15 minutes early, bring a large towel, and yoga mat. We have towels and mats to rent; drinks are available to buy.
  6. Mention any pre-existing injuries to the instructor.
  7. Dress appropriately for hot. No sweat pants or long sleeves.
  8. All classes are 90 minutes - 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises.
  9. Bring your sense of humor.
Class Preparation

Bring a yoga mat, a towel, two washcloths, water, and a sense of humor. Wear close-fitting, stretch clothing such as shorts/tights, or a jog bra with t-shirt. If needed, mats and towels may be rented at the studio.

Do not come to class on an empty stomach, but do not eat heavily. Eat something light before class, just enough to keep the blood sugar level up.

Please arrive early to sign in. New students should arrive 15 minutes early to register.
