Bring a yoga mat, a towel, two washcloths, water, and a sense of humor. Wear close-fitting, stretch clothing such as shorts/tights, or a jog bra with t-shirt. If needed, mats and towels may be rented at the studio.
Do not come to class on an empty stomach, but do not eat heavily. Eat something light before class, just enough to keep the blood sugar level up.
Please arrive early to sign in. New students should arrive 15 minutes early to register.
